Schnitzel and schnapps
Even our German friends can't believe the perfect weather we've been having, because its been nothing but rain this summer for them. Roland said its Old Lady Summer, similar to our Indian Summer, but Janice and I heard it as the "Summer we old ladies brought". LOL. With the great weather we can do just about anything, so we walked around a couple of lakes: Schwansee and Bad Bayersoien, had our afternoon cake and at night enjoyed local food and drink - perhaps a little too much. I told Gabi before I came out that I don't drink as much as when I was in Wiesbaden and naturally Roland was disappointed as he already stocked up on schnapps, Riesling and whiskey. Somehow I seem to be picking up steam and rallying to the occasion, for the sake of Roland of course.
