Castles and Lakes

What a perfect day!  Drove nearby to Neuschwanstein Castle and enjoyed walking to the Castle with very few tourists.  It was perfect.  Some of the trails were closed but they were too ambitious for my aching body anyway so it was quite alright.   Couldn't ask for better weather and sat outside for a hearty bratwurst.  Life is good.  Janice and I were also able to get our EU Covid QR pass from a local pharmacy, so we are legit, although they all willingly accept our CDC vaccination card.  Here are some shots from the day.  I am so fortunate to share this experience with Janice, and couldn't ask for better hosts than Gabi and Roland.
